Every sitting begins and ends with the same quiet question: how do you feel, one to five? These are the answers, plotted. Direction matters more than magnitude.
Focus, before the cup and after

Linger — what stays when the cup is done
Scale reference → 1 = low state · 3 = balanced baseline · 5 = unusually elevated. Sessions that did not record a given metric are excluded from that metric's average and chart, rather than counted as zero. Self-reported by tester; treated as directional evidence, not proof.
